Guys, my girlfriend says she wants breast reduction surgery and is very resistant to my arguments why she shouldn't
Her reasoning is back pain and cancer prevention
Wtf am I supposed to say to stop this?

She just needs to work out and there will be no back pain, along with buying nicer bras.

My wife had breast cancer
Breast reduction surgery does nothing to prevent breast cancer. Most won't even recommend mastectomies unless it's already at stage 3.

The tissue that is most likely to become cancerous is in the glands, not the fat. No amount of reduction will change that.

As for back pain, she's likely not wearing the right type of bra. Getting quality (expensive) bras and being sure to switch them frequently so you don't wear them out is key.

Talk to her about the fancy bras for bigger busts and tell her if it means she'll feel better, you'll pay for the first one just so she can see how much of a difference it can make
