Zelensky has "gone rogue" with western journalists and NGOs finally calling him an "authoritarian dictator" of sorts after he eliminated the Western-backed "anti-corruption" government entities. Protests have been taking place (totally organic lmao) in the capital this evening.
Happenings so far:
>Russia has apparently paused their daily strikes on Keef to allow protestors to demonstrate safely into the evening
>Curfew has been declared in Keef to force people to disperse
What are your predictions?
I suspect they'll try and regime change president Z in order to establish a more pro-western government and give Putler what he asked for, i.e. a "recognized, legitimate government" which he can negotiate with. The ideal outcome for them may be that the conflict is frozen and Ukraine is split into a "West" and "East (Russia)" Ukraine. They will have gained a more pro-western government in the remaining regions while sacrificing the western regions which were not under their control to begin with.
Personally, I hope Putin sees through it and doesn't cuck. He's been on a pretty good streak of "not falling for it" lately, so I'm hopeful.
