Imagine your typical nerdy NPC dunning kruger chud who likes fantasy games and feels that listening to tech/death/djent/power/symphonic metal somehow makes them a superior human due to the utilization of classical music tropes and odd time signatures; yet cannot bring themselves to listen to actual classical music, nor do they understand the microtonal traditions of their own cultures music. They are still rought to tears by the simplest minor key stuff and that's the full extent of the depth of their compositions. Major key excitement, minor key tragedy, with some techy chromatic stuff thrown in.
