Those stats are useless because different countries have different laws and different cultures. Rape is underreported in really bad shitholes while more (((advanced))) countries have overreported rape because of false accusations or drunk sex.

What would be classified as rape in the UK wouldn't be called that in eastern europe. While actual rapists get killed in eastern europe while in the UK actual rapists are protected by the government. It muddies all the stats.
Also things like age of consent. You have sex with a 16 year old in one country and it's legal and fine. In another country it's rape because 16 year olds can't consent and now that boosts the rape statistics.

If a husband does not get consent from his wife before sex 10 times, that would count as 10 rapes in sweden, while in hungary it would be 0.
Also, the graph comes from 'restore britan' which is not really a reliable source of information because of their views and goals as an organisation.
