I hate myself. Every fucking day for the over 3 weeks' time that has passed of my vacation I got out too late. I really tried to get out earlier. I have had this problem every summer for a few years. I really tried to be better this time. I feel like I don't actually have power over my body and mind. It must be God punishing me. God is blocking me from getting out earlier.

I think I get a little less than others though due to my night shift job, not sure how many days but I think it's less than 5 weeks. The retards at work can't even give a straight answer.

Shit ruins lives nigga. If staying on top of basic routines and executive function tasks feel like a constant uphill battle that you’re fighting with yourself to make it happen, it’s a tell tale sign you have ADD or ADHD

It’s why it happens even when you should just be having fun and doing what you want to do, such as on a vacation. But you just…can’t get it together. So you keep trying, day after day, and then 3 weeks of the vacation go by, and you realise you still failed to relax and have fun and do the things you wanted to do. And so you’ll continue, until you burn out and self soothe in some other self destructive way. It’s quite tragic and sad when you really think about it.

Are you full time employed? If yes, it is 5 weeks. Sweden have 5 weeks, Norway has 5 weeks and 1 day. This is the law. If your employer says something different they are breaking the law.

It's a very complicated system. And everyone in the management at my work lacks knowledge of it. How many days you work per week, how many hours you work per day, which time of the day you work, whether you work on holidays or not, all that shit determines how much vacation you get. Working full time is not just one layout for everyone.

It is not. Even if you work a rotation based scheduele you are still entitled to 25 days vacation. Your management does NOT lack knowledge of it. No matter how your days are laid out it is always 25 days if full time. If the days are spread out or concecutive does not matter. Your management can not say that they don't know as they would be shut down or fined heaviky by the goverment if they fuck around.
