There is no easy way to get around this. Copyright is an argument, but the app can and will argue fair use. It's a bad argument, but fair use is nebulous enough to assuage concerns from service providers. In the DMCA world, that means you're going to have to be ready to sue. Defamation is a better argument, but most apps will argue that they're simply hosting content owned by others. The threat letters recommended by others in this thread are OK, but don't expect them to be perfect.

Some stuff for men who find themselves on there, from an older dude who has dealt with this for ~5 years in my metro area:
- There's no escaping this shit, and it's getting worse. Women are angry at being single, increasingly picky, and they get worse with age as they contemplate shit like egg freezing. This is unfortunately a LARGE part of dating in your 30s.
- I have a standing rule to affirmatively stop dating/talking to any girl who actively involves with this stuff, I recommend adopting the same. Some learn and apologize.
