My job sent me all over the world, where I worked with locals from top to bottom - from manual laborers to government officials.
In my time, the only countries that were even more buckbroken than Russia were in Africa. That's not counting Moldova and Ukraine, to this day I am not sure which one is the worst here.
Russia is a nation of slaves beyond your wildest imagination. You tell a Frenchfag for example to do something, he'll do it and only ask you, if he needs assurance; he'll show a lot of initiative, improve things on his own and bring in his own ideas. The Russian will postpone and procrastinate, do the absolute least amount possible and disregard any rules or regulations.
At the same time, the Russian swallows any amount of punishment or extra work with a shrug. It will be shoddy work, but it will be work. If you decide to clamp down on them, they'll just bow their head and do it. it's almost as if they are genetically bred to be cattle.
I asked a few Russians I held in somewhat decent regard, what they would do if they were mobilised to fight for Russia. I shit you not, the most common answer was a shrug. Sure he'd go. It's not that he does or doesn't want to. He's literally too lazy and dependant to even have an opinion on this. Normalno, it is.
There is no convinction, dedication, love or initiative to the average Russian. Just a slave, buckbroken by 600 years of selectively breeding only the laziest, most corrupt, most cowardly imbeciles around.
I would rather work with fucking Moroccans than Russians. Russians may have white(-ish) skin but they are the niggers of Eurasia.
