Walmart is not guilty of discrimination if I refuse service from a woman and will only allow a man to bag my groceries.
I am sure a multi-billion dollar company posed the question to a lawyer before instituting it.
The real question is how will they classify their troon employees? They are opening up a shitstorm either way. Troons will "cancel" them for considering them their biological sex, and the customers who request a female driver will be upset when they get a 6'4" man in a dress.
