Skydiving is an external source though, as you cannot flap your arms to achieve liftoff and thus require a machine to do it for you. Thrill seeking is woman behavior anyways, I enjoy peace and solitude above every other feeling or emotion or experience.

i need meds that slow me down, adderal makes me function at a super human level and makes me sleep less than i already do.
i am back on anti depressants and light doses of benzos after a 6 year break, also trazadone to sleep at night and i still wake every couple hours.
some people just need to be medicated, i realize i am one of those people.
i plan on it being temporary though, once back in the gym daily and a few other goals accomplished i am going back off of everything again.

I tried no meds, and grew a beard and long hair and did nothing, literally nothing for 2years. Started working out. Planned to runaway and live in the woods till I died or hung myself. Reluctantly decided to get back on meds, started doing school again, shaved, showered, still work out but less of a priority. I can definitely function without meds, but it have to be in a different lifestyle. One not conducive with what it takes to make money and be apart of society today.
