So, those who do participate in it are people with not a lot to lose, they are already marginalized and socially awkward or disconnected from elite institutions. This creates a false representation of the broader ideological group, making the "right wing dissidents" who appear in these videos seem unserious dysgenic, or lacking intellectual rigor.
in reality, many of the most capable and accomplished individuals who hold dissident right wing views are precisely the ones not speaking openly. I know because I'm one of them, and i know others like me. Our silence is strategic self preservation.
