you overpay for this shit because the people who make laws make it so you will overpay for this shit. Polish company has to pay a lot of fees before it can sell you shit and when selling is double taxed(first with customs when importing stuff, then with all other taxes for selling imported stuff). Chinese company can avoid most of the taxation - so you will buy chinese stuff from china because it is cheaper. But you never ask yourself why it is cheaper.

In Belgium I buy excellent Polish cleaning products at my local bargain store run by Moroccans, mops and sponges and so on
