There's really nothing left about the Epstein case that would be of public interest other than the names of victims which will not be released for privacy reasons, and we know now that there was never a "israeli blackmail ring," it was just a creepy rich guy LARPing as a Hugh Hefner type with underage and unwilling girls, and Ghislaine Maxwell helped find girls for his harem.

That's not as exciting a story to schizos as "literally every politician and rich person is a satanic pedophile" so they will cling to this story for a while but eventually it's going to die out because there's no bombshells to drop. It all started on the QAnon boards and it spread through terminally online circles, but without any new gas to pour on the fire people will get bored and realize one by one that the blackmail ring and client list claims were all bullshit made up by internet schizos.
