>russians forced to use 60 year old planes
>An-24 Introduction date 1962
>they fall out of sky literally

Sanctions seem to somewhat work. Russia doesn't have replacement parts for Airbus and Boeing, hence they restore old An-24 and fly it.

>b52
It's not used in commercial aviation - it's not carrying passengers

Do you know what that means ?

using a b52 as an airliner could be a brilliant solution anon, there is plenty of space in the ordnance bay, pax could be incentivized to buy a parachute for the flight and air dropped above downtown, no more commutes from the airport. adrenaline and one life changing experience in a single package, plus you get to keep the parachute. wingsuit would be a premium option though.

Who cares how old the damn plane is? It was built at humanity's peak.

Nothing wrong with using that plane, or any old prop plane specially if you want to make it cheap and the route is not long.

I flew to Petersburg on a Boeing, and everything was successful. God bless the United States for its reliable aircraft.
