Clinton got a lot of heat for pardoning over a hundred serious criminals on his last day in office, including Marc Rich, one of the great Zionist crooks. He wrote an op-ed to justify this (https://www.nytimes.com/2001/02/18/opinion/my-reasons-for-the-pardons.html), giving his reasons, including:
