I just frew up. But it wasn't very much and it was just water and oatmeal. It was like maybe two shot glasses of water and a swallow of oatmeal. And I'd already had about 5 swallows but super slow. So its like I feel suspiciously better. And gagged my brains out. Like it was fairly violent. And it didnt seem like I was particularly burping at the same time or anything. So does some other benefit happen when we vomit? Like does our body release something thats not expelled? Like some chemical or hormone that makes us feel better?

I just came back from a root canal. It was about 3-4 hours ago. My blood pressure was so high the dentist was actually mad at me. He described my reading as bonkers. But I knew it would be so I brought my little hotshit clearance form. He was not pleased. And then I take the bus and its super hot out etc so I think thats what did it. Like it was a delayed effect. I was in the hospital a year ago. I took myself as I had planned for a couple days before to a big hot shit hospital and you know what they did? They called me a fucking ambulance. I was forced to stay at some specialty ward for just a few hours shy of entire week.

Because in all honesty life is pretty good in the majority of the west, sure, the inner cities are burning, inflation is high, pedos are running rampant, and the fabric of society is starting to fray... but this doesn't matter enough to actually cause a happening. If it did people would be out in the streets attacking politicians, corporations, and Jews instead of shitposting on /pol/ about a problem in hopes someone else will deal with it.
