Trade your favela for a modular 3D printed home with the exact same dimensions but with a sort of look that says civilized people dwell here. Cost: roughly 1000 per favela due to the mass manufacturing process, Communist government willing to spend on the losers who enacted their suffering: 0. Oh well, too bad. Next life perhaps.
