The only problem is the barren hellscape you have to live in to afford land that no one else wants.

Depends where you live, but on the east coast you can collect rain water yourself. Western states wont let you.

It's cheap, living in the high desert, but there's pro's and cons to everything.

Low humidity and more sunshine = less money on solar and you can use swamp coolers year round.

What would cost in arkansas to make 5KW a day would be half or even less of the cost in utah or arizona. So instead of $9000 you might spend $3000

It doesn't rain much, but that can be fixed too, because rainwater catchers are efficient, no waste on gardening

Doubt. VERY MUCH
He's got personal property on that land + the land itself, which OP would imply that he "owns"

Do you own land or personal property? lol I doubt it, you're probably poor too

Although a strong storm can damage or destroy a camper, I see 20+ year old campers next to houses all over the place. I see regent ones too but plenty of old ones. And plenty of old ones at large RV parks.

That's pretty bad

40000/(12×20) = $166 a month for 20 years

If I was staring down the barrel of a payment like that I'd rather get a massive tank and pay someone to occasionally fill it up

Then rent forever or haul water.
A family needs a well though, women use too much water to haul.

You will spend more in the long run, I've priced it out.
Also a well can last you longer then that
Also the water quality is better than most municipal supplies.
It's really not a big deal. Most likely you will spend more money on rent and other shit in one year of renting.
Again, slave excuses.

Works for single or couple. Worse with family. Space runs out quickly.

If you dont own land; prepare to be run out of town for stopping longer than an hour.

IF you have a 300K RV they dont mind.

He ready to possibly have everything towed or stolen.

I did not enjoy it. I was too paranoid about my shit and the constant harassment from police.

BLM ca.pgrounds were nice. Except its just boomers with 300k RVs towing 50K raptors calling police on you.

Parking it on your own land can also be difficult.

I just house sit now. Space for toys for kids. Somewhere to park. Work on a vehicle. Ect.

I'm always surprised some anon hasn't made a refuge already
