As much as it sounds gay and shit, I'm just not prepared to take the responsibility of that for myself. I can and will defend myself in my home if needed (though it's not, I literally live in a place surrounded by elderly White people who leave their garages open at night), but I'm not sure I'm down to commit myself to the idea that if shit goes down and I'm outside in the world, I'm going to draw on someone and put them down.
