Where did Millennials and Gen Z get this ridiculous idea in their heads that they should be able to sleepwalk through life and still succeed? They feel bitterness and envy toward Gen X and Baby Boomers and even older generations because of a myth. Older generations earned their keep, they weren't entitled to it. Why haven't you?

Bait thread

Older generations factually had it easy. When they tell you that you only need to waltz in a place of business and give the manager a firm handshake to get hired that was literally real for them. They can buy a house, car, college tuition, support a family all on minimum wage.

All this was stolen from millenials and after

My dad did two years of trade school and then became a carpenter, and made, inflation-adjusted, about $150k as his starting salary here in Norway.
My starting salary, as an engineer with master's degree that boomers and the likes urged me to get so I didn't flip burgers for life, was $60k.

My dad threw luggage on a plane for 80$ a hour adjusted for inflation. No college, unskilled, just a baggage guy. He had a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house and 7 kids.
He retired at 65 and hasn't worked in 15 years. My mother worked 2 part time jobs in her life to get extra cash to raise English bulldogs.

I can build a house foundation to roof.
And everything. Plumbing. Electric. Drywall, framing. All of it.
The maximum crew wage is around 17$ and I spent 5 years as an indepent contractor learning how the labor scams work and people just refusing to pay because they know you can't take them to court. I decided to just become unemployed and raise my own resources. It's been great since then. No one cna devalue a chicken when I produce it egg to plate.

There is a solution. It's worked in other countries when business owners refuse to stop hiring illegally.
But it makes republicans cry.

I can confirm This. Grew up late 80s through the 90s. Elder millennial.
The first 3 jobs I got was literally from walking in and asking.
Pizza shop.
Security guard.
Meat cutter.
I started working at 13 cause of my parents encouragement. I was domestic illegal labor for like 4 years. Served alcohol at 13 (we offered beer with pizza).

Work has changed over the last several years. Everyone produces data instead of products now and why not harvest 10,000 job seekers to sell the data.

Luigi wa pretty cool. I estimated about 100 billion in damages after stock losses alone let alone the lawsuits.

I can either work my entire life and produce 5 mil for the guys who owns me, or I can shoot them and damage their organization for 1000 lifetimes. They would have to rip the wages out of so many workers just to keep it going if you do it right.

One company I worked for used to store every employees records in a "cage" (chainink fence).
It was like 5 feet high and had no top. You could just climb in and have nearly 100,000 social security numbers.
It was unreal.
Same company "compromised" my data 3 times and each time all they did was pay for credit monitoring for a year.

If you accuse someone of treason in the USA they just call you a radical leftist demoncrat.
Treason is literally part of the parties platforms. Both parties.
To what degree, depends on their sycophants.

Your country is one of the pens who unionized illegal Labor. Talked to quite a few aussies. Your wage here for drywall is like 15-16$. Framing is like 16-17.

The only way to exist is to run illegal crews like in my explanation here.

My mother, having never really worked, is under the impression 20$ is 20$. So if she could feed her family of 9 with 150$ a month, no one else needs anymore.
She votes republican religiously. Maga merch. Obama is a deep state epstein writer. They are on board till they die. After working so many years I realized my parents were some of the laziest people I ever met in my life.

She thinks 13$ is a great wage starting off and too much.
A apartment is 300$.

I'm a leftists in a republican state and I can tell you they will never stop. We will be fighting wolves with no electric and have plague sweep through and they would still say anyone other than a republican would of made it 10x worse.

When voting comes and only blue hairs show up to vote the exact same name that has been there doing the job for 30 plus years nothing will ever change. Cue laughing about voting your way out while the blue hairs already are gearing up for midterms. Congress where every law is made and all money controlled. 40 years a congressman. Why nothing ever changes. That name on the ballot no one has ever heard of gets a tap because that person isn't bought.

I'm a left libertarian myself. Think the Amish. I believe in community. Family. I believe in self production and bring as independent as possible.
But I also believe if someone falls your suppose to help them up.
Hutrerites.
The Amish.
Leftism has a limit and when you reach the limit of a person's ability to overproduce and provide extra and you arnt producing anything. You are kindly shown the door. Please don't think me one of those colored hair freaks that republicans like to posture as leftists.

It drives me nuts. We had that hurricane in South Carolina and all the independent strong Republicans started begging for free shit, money, shelter, and all kinds of communist demands.

America really is Socialized losses and privitized gains. The second they all got their tax payer funded help they went right back to saying Californians deserve to die in wild fires for being left leaning. The propaganda here is insane.

Here's some call ducks. Basically miniature ducks. Just a hobby and ornamental. They don't really serve a purpose.

I actually follow the case pretty closely. If this wasn't high profile it would almost be a nothing burger.
The cops fucked up hard.
They listed evidence wrong. They didn't find the gun in a backpack after they arrested him, searched him, and then sent it all back to the station. So there is a argument to be made that the gun was planted between storing the bag and his arrest since it wasn't in the backpack officially during the arrest.

He should honestly get the OJ walk after you review the evidence. They literally just did shit like listed "shoes" as evidence. No details, no size, no brand. It's some of the more shittt police work I ever seen. Could also be why they went quiet. Imagine the general public finding out how bad they fucked duo the arrested and pursuit.
The woman who turned him in never got a dime if she even existed and they didn't use illegal camera monitoring to find him.

We were told to โ€œbe ourselvesโ€ during our youth. We were never shamed for being geeky, other than being ostracized by peers. Many of us missed out on teen love, being invited to parties, etc and were told it would get better in college. We were told people would be more accepting and mature once in college. Now everyoneโ€™s an awkward wreck going through early midlife crises.

I did not sleepwalk, I lived through the nightmare brought about by demented fake christian satanic boomers and gen x using the concept of faith, the highest form of knowledge, as an excuse for capitalism and "taking the money", for invading and killing Christians in Iraq, for borrowing and spending money permanently and with more acceleration over time, and for generally domesticating and destroying their nation.
I volunteered out of high school and applied to every apprenticeship and wagey job in my area and in another state, especially the ones I thought I could do well. I kept studying in my free time, writing, playing music, hanging out with old friends when we all had time, making new friends. I did not go to college because it was fake and gay and basically designed to destroy whatever bit of soul you had left, to consume it in the corporate catholic schema of turkish prison accumulation-to-mammon's digestive system for make pagan ownership even more expensive.
Everyone I know who made good money, did well in college or even got a degree at all, had parents with money, thus the ability to take effective risk. And now everyone who isn't them gets to die, because they totally earned everything, meanwhile we paid their bills the last two decades, in an environment where it's guaranteed death with no hope of making it all work. The sword falls slow, sure, but it will divide you all the same.
Older generations had more stable communities and real opportunities, not these fake opportunities where you choose between enslaving your body or enslaving your mind to ZOG. I'll give my body a million times over by the way.
You are drunk on the blood of martyrs.
