The second is the soft on crime, defund the police, and nigger worship of the left has embolden them. The in your face ratchet behavior that would have gotten them beat or shot or hung or sent to prison in the past is now tolerated. The more you tolerate bade behavior, the more bad behavior you get. So now you get loud ghetto bitches starting fist fights at the Burger King because their order was one nugget short. Now you get Carnival cruises turning into Section 8 housing on the high seas. Now you get hordes of blacks twerking in the middle of the street while an ambulance is trying to take someone to the hospital. You get unbelievable levels of entitlement, pointlessly aggressive behavior, increased theft, and an overall increase in the sense of danger they inspire whenever you're around them.
Between allowing them to wonder around places they were discouraged from being, and allowing their aggressive/obnoxious behavior to be dialed up to 11, it seems very much like suddenly they are all over the place. There's not actually a whole lot more of them than before, it's just that they're in your face all the time now.
Hispanics on the other hand, yeah, a thousand metric shit tons of those have been piped into the country. Those need to be sent home. Yesterday. The problem with blacks can be fixed by returning to strong policing and something like Segregation.
