After trump shit on his own political base a week or so ago, I was reminded of the 2015 era discussions and how trump was a pretty shitty person and likely corrupt etc.
He prob is crooked and dishonest, and he's probably in the Epstein files...
But so are the rest of them, they're all disgustingly corrupt and evil, but we are just lucky enough that trump hates a lot of them as much as we do.
So he's a piece of shit, but he's our piece of shit.

Trump is the president we deserve, but not the one we need right now.
This country is corrupt and full of systemic evil, and while we need someone like a Ron Paul, the best we deserve is a corrupt and egotistical businessman who is likely on a blackmail list of a sex trafficking mossad agent.
Does anyone actually think a Ron Paul or even a George Washington or Jefferson would be able to fix this shitty country?
Nah it takes someone with a soft ego to bust up and arrest and push around the corrupt politicians who did him wrong personally. It's not about the country or his voters, it's about his ego, but his ego is seeing him finally, actually go after lying news organizations and the politicians/bureaucrate who went after him (which helps us because his enemies are ours, even if his allies are out enemies too).
