I'm going to tell you why the caste system is the best system of ruling/governance when implemented properly.

First, what is the caste system?

Imagine a world if you will. Suspend your disbelief if you will. In the same way that children born in 2005 and above have no concept of a world without smart phones and computers. Imagine a world 30 to 50 years from now, where each country has a supercomputer AI that's sorts the population into castes based on their genetic strengths. Would the humans born into that system see it as wrong? Would they see it as oppression? Would it not make sense for this system to be in place? Why would you have a human without the warrior gene in a warrior role? Why would you have a human with great physical genetics not in a sporting or physical entertainment role? Why would you have a human with great genetics for engineering and math in a doctors/healers role?

The benevolent part is a big if. I agree with you, but we have no idea how the singularity would impact an AI. How much of the training would translate into the AI, etc. There are too many unknowns. If it is even possible, which I remain skeptical of. LLMs are neat, but the singularity it is not.

There is no "implemented properly". If you think through it, all of the logical strategies to reach a leadership status would bury any propaganda system designed to keep people in their place.

There is no warrior gene, and the concept of caste is unscientific nonsense that ignores the influence of evolution.

Caste is bloodline based. Humans are generalists, and the idea that a bloodline will only ever manifest specific traits that justify locking that bloodline into a specific role forever is ridiculous. The only way such a concept works is if what you really mean when you call or implementing a caste system is implementing the domestication of humans into subhuman eusocial organisms through the continuous culling of individuals within a bloodline that don't adhere to your arbitrary caste ideals.

If you don't see the problem of creating a society where all the ambitious intelligent children born into the labor caste are continually killed, all the aggressive and athletic children born into the priestly caste are continually killed, and all the intellectual and artistic children born into the warrior caste are continually killed, so that humans can eventually lose their humanity and model their society after insects, then odds are you're not White.

Part of it has to do with recognition that the individual plays a role in determining the success or failure of a system. As long as people feel that their participation in the system benefits them or offers future security, they are more than happy to participate. But human nature is fickle; we tend to desire what others have but don’t want to expend the effort needed to achieve what others have done. Some members of a system feel entitled to the benefits of belonging to a system but feel exempt from being part of that system. For these reasons, their is no perfect system where all members feel that following the rules of that system will compensate them in a manner that they feel they are entitled to.

If more of the genes in the child are geared towards problem solving and dexterity work, blie collar it is. Am no expert but GI (AGI) would still follow this idea. Call me crazy but AI will eventual work like how the human brain does.

Our brains are nothing more than a biological computer, at the end of the day it's electrons turning off and on again, just with a whole lot more quarks.

Just as a regular person is influenced through their parent's dna and the information they learned through their life. This is just the same as what computer architecture the ai is built on and what information it is given and how it should interpret it.

Hmmmm, I didn't think of it in this way. You are probably correct. The hardest part is how to make each caste feel appreciated. Humans, I believe, will always look for some one lower on the totem pole to deject and oppress. Maybe it would be best for this to be focused within the castes themselves. I work with a guy who is like 5'6 or 5'7 and he is a former Division 2 basketball player. We work as Fire Alarm test and Inspectors and I don't believe he has any genuine interest in this field. I believe he desires and dreams to be a basketball player. But he still gives his all at the job for the most part and is hard working. Great attitude and everything. If the role or profession of Basketball player never existed, would he be better off psychologically?
