>>511394662What I am most hopeless about is that these exchanges usually just end up being the same twisting of words and "competitions" all the time.
But I appreciate your reply, at least.
>refuteMostly the claims that Palestinians are seen as second class citizens, as they possess the same rights as any other citizen in Israel. Israel has the most Palestinians of any nation in the world (aside from Palestine itslef, ofc.)
I think that war overall fuels the fires of conflicts in everyone, but there aren't any institutional barriers for Palestinians in Israeli law, as far as I know.
>ethnocentrismI think it's pretty obvious I'm ethnically jewish. And this notion is something I had never heard of before coming on the internet, so from my contact with actual jews, there is no hatred towards other races at all, they mostly didn't really care.
I have seen the clips you post here and all that, but that is clearly done by very extremist groups, with whom most people don't agree with. I am happy to condemn them, and I do. However that is never enough for some of you because according to these beliefs, I am inherently evil.
>harmless and nobleI think that keeping traditions is fine, as long as they don't harm anyone else, ofc. And participating on them should be voluntary. Anyone can become jewish if they wish to do so.
Keeping close to their own group is justified by their history of persecution. HOWEVER, that is as far as I am willing to justify. This isn't "ethnocentrism", as in the belief of moral or genetic superiority, but more like a sense of self-preservation. Even then, I don't really like it.
>IsraelI do condemn their actions. I am very torn on the issue and I dislike many of the things thay go on over there.
>>511394806I am in my 20s.
I know I am coming off as naive. I am, but I'm aware of it.
I can disregard this as schizo shit and/or shitpost. But some recent experiences have troubled me. And so I chose to interact here in a more honest way.
