An AI could read your entire digital footprint in less than a minute, call your number, and mimic one of your close family member's voices for nefarious means or just to fuck with you - with personal info you forgot you even knew. Does that sound like Cleverbot? That's the tech we know about. It doesn't matter if this tech is conscious (it isn't), the problem is that it exists at all. Wake up.

a lot more to it. in blind tests with text only responses people are struggling to differentiate between AI and humans. the only real obvious tell right now is that everyone uses chatgpt, and it always spams em dashes. but "—" is hardly used outside of news articles and blogs so its a really obvious sign that someone posted an AI response to something or created an AI topic using chatgpt.
