Intel is getting FUCKED on the manufacturing front, since all of their technology is based on ancient 14nm construction. Everything they make is automatically obsolete. They just run higher voltages through their products to make them "function". That last part is in question as over the past year, Intel products have become so unstable that one line of CPUs had over a 30% RMA rate. So Intel already owns a bunch of factories that they can't fuckin' use. Instead of building a new one, they are repurposing what they've got. Because of this, they have been "restructuring" a lot lately.
