I move my chickens twice a day, it takes 30 minutes to do that and milk my animals and rotate them to a new paddock, twice a day. Some extra labor hours go into dispatching, butchering, and so on. My obligate labor hours per week are on the order of 15, and I put more hours into building. Some people work construction part time.
Plants grow on their own. Animals can look after themselves. If you're killing yourself with work managing your land you are doing it wrong.
