Im 33 and me and my wife just bought our first house, single family home for 210k with 4% interest, start your own business, get a truck, get a lawn mower, and go cut grass for 30-40$ a yard, 10 yards in a day would be 300-400$ not counting any other projects people need done they will pay you for that dont require skill or alot of tools, thats equivalent to making roughly $40/hr if you can keep the work steady and with only minor expenses, manual labour is always in demand you just have to know how to capitalize on it, just a suggestion not trying to sound like a "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" boomer but its doable, just extremely difficult rn, it also helps to have a reliable partner, i wouldnt be where i was without my wife
