ICE does not need warrants. I've been bringing up the fact that certain federal agencies don't need warrants or probable cause. Customs & Immigration (which ICE is under) can detain anyone at the border. There's no reasonable suspicion, probable cause, or warrants needed. You come into your own country, you are detained and questioned, you are searched (usually metal detector or vehicle xray without consent), and you are investigated (run checks on you). Border Patrol can pull anyone over within 100 miles of any border, no traffic violation is needed, no reason at all is needed. They can stop you, detain everyone in the vehicle, and search every bit of it and read any papers you have in the vehicle. Coast Guard can do the same to any vessel on US waters, including lakes well within the continental US. You're on a boat in Lake Havasu, Coast Guard has a station there for some reason and can stop any boat, for any reason, and search every nook and cranny for no reason. Even if you live on a houseboat or yacht, they can board and search, and you and any guests are detained while they do this.

Supreme Court has defended this numerous times, it's been an issue. ICE falls under this exception to the Constitution that they simply made up. Fuck the feds. Can't believe yoi sovereign citizen types aren't aware of this and hate local cops instead who actually do follow the rules.
