>>511461132Kohberger apparently was into being a peeping tom, stalking, voyeurism, breaking and entering, burglary, etc from a relatively young age, in his teens or possibly even childhood.
One of his friend's fathers reported frequently feeling like someone was watching him from the woods, had his house broken into and things stolen while he was away several times, and suspected Kohberger but didn't ever have proof.
Later a co-worker noticed that someone had apparently broken into her home and rearranged things in her bathroom and stole a key. She mentioned this to Kohberger and then a few days later the key reappeared.
The college kids in Idaho had noticed odd things numerous times in the weeks leading to the murders. Finding doors opened, hearing weird noises from the treeline and having the dog acting strange like someone was back there. Kaylee mentioned seeing a strange man watching her as she walked the dog, and feeling like they had a stalker.
For some reason, they didn't have any curtains on the windows of the house, and the girls rooms, particularly Maddie's, were extremely easy to see into from the woods above the house.
It's assumed that Kohberger had been watching the girls in the house while hiding in the woods on numerous occasions and eventually got obsessed, particularly with Maddie. Then for some reason he decided to murder her.
He isn't a good guy, or anyone to relate to or sympathize with at all. He is an extremely creepy weirdo who brutally murdered 4 innocent people.
