There were a fuckton of those roasties and frat bros at SU(Syracuse) when I attended there, and they were obnoxious as hell and it pissed me off to have to attend university with those people.
Obviously, I never felt pissed off enough to murder random students, but it is possible that Bryan felt similarly towards those kind of students.
For someone who has had an undiagnosed and untreated psychological issues, that could have triggered a homicidal ideation. I don't think it helped that Bryan was suffering from OCD, and it is possible that he had trouble dealing with intrusive homicidal thoughts. People with OCD end up developing seemingly random rituals of repetitive behaviour to alleviate their intrusive thoughts and it appears that he repetitively drove by the 1122 King Rd at early hours in the morning.
Again, I am just speculating here, but his ritual of driving by the 1122 King Rd property to alleviate his homicidal ideation may have actually made it worse, causing him to give into it and deciding to murder the occupants of the house he drive by regularly.
When people with OCD don't feel like they performed their 'ritual' properly, they often feel worse about their intrusive thoughts, leading them to try to alleviate it by performing their ritual again and again in a vicious loop. Some do get pissed off as hell and become violent (destroy shit, become belligerent towards others, etc).
In short, Bryan may have ended up committing the murders as a result of his undiagnosed, untreated psychological problems compounding in a coincidental way.
This is the only explanation I could come up with that fits the overall circumstances. If there is no apparent motive for a crime it is often mostly internal to the person.

Correct. Xana was the only one who seems to have been fully awake at the time of the murders, she was still on Tiktok and was eating her Doordash order right up to the time Kohberger entered and started killing Maddie and Kaylee.

Far more people are getting away with it today than they did in the past. In 1965, the homicide clearance rate in the US was over 90%. It steadily decreased over the years and is just barely over 50% today.
A large part of that is due to the increasing amount of inner city drug and gang related homicides. The police have limited manpower and resources, any potential witnesses or leads are strongly inclined to not cooperate, and no one really cares too much about figuring out which hoodrat nigger killed some other hoodrat nigger, especially since his buddies will probably take him out on their own.
But most homicides get solved because the perpetrator had close connections to the victim and obvious motivations, which make it easy to figure out who did it. Most criminals are pretty fucking retarded too, and typically make tons of mistakes and leaving clues to their identity.
Even supposedly "smart" murderers like Bryan Kohberger or Luigi Mangione who don't seem to have a connection to the victim(s) before the murder often bungle their crimes and make mistakes that lead to them getting caught.
There seem to be at least 50 active serial killers in the US right now who aren't making those mistakes, and no one has any idea who they are or that they even exist until someone notices a cluster of unsolved murders with similar circumstances. Some of them are blending in with the rest of the inner city homicides, but there are also several working as long haul truckers.

Kohberger apparently was into being a peeping tom, stalking, voyeurism, breaking and entering, burglary, etc from a relatively young age, in his teens or possibly even childhood.
