Someone broke into my computer and took screenshots of my 4chan folder including gore pics and various saved posts and gave them to the local police (nothing even close to illegal).
The kike judge did an emergency order (I didn't get a hearing first) and they raided my house while I was gone and took my weapons (this was illegal they had to give me a chance to hand them over first).
Then in the hearing the female judge accepted all this hearsay bullshit evidence and now the state is rubberstamping an extension to the red flag order every year, saying the burden is on me to prove I'm not a threat.
My second amendment rights are in effect permanently revoked based on total bullshit and pure judicial corruption.
I haven't even told you the half of the insane shit they do to ensure you have no rights in this process, but I'll continue.

These are the exact arguments the prosecution is using and that the corrupt judges are accepting:
1) I had a fake domestic arrest 10 years ago (charges dismissed).
2) I wallpapered my bedroom with aluminum foil to block line-of-sight to 5G and WiFi transmitters that are potentially dangerous - they say this makes me dangerously insane
3) My hard drive had the title "Terrorism Plans" as a joke - they say that because my 4chan folder had a file path including this name (even though it was several levels down in various other folders) this is proof that the gore and text files constitute a plan to commit terrorism.

There are some serious constitutional issues with these kinds of cases.
I've really dug into the law and learned how some of these crazy things became law.
Essentially it all boils down the the discretion of the supreme court of the US - they just said some things and they are taken as law.
Things like ignoring the meaning of "infringed" in 2A or saying that compelling state interests allow the state to limit constitutional freedoms.
They literally just made it up.
But they are forced to have consistency in the shit they are making up and consider what lower courts have done and why.

The problems with these laws:

I had my weapons stolen by police after burning myself badly while cooking dinner. They weren't in plane sight. I came home from the hospital bandaged with 3rd and 2nd degree burns to fibd my guns missing along with all my electronics missing.
