Even if whites become 40% of the population, the structure of the empire ensures they remain the ruling caste as long as they control capital, narrative, and institutions. The “diversity” illusion serves as a buffer, keeping minority groups fragmented, infighting, and chasing inclusion while the real power remains untouched. White elites live in ZIP codes that function like private ethnostates—guarded, gated, and priced out of reach.
