I meet girls at the dog park, if my dog plays with their dog then I'll talk to them and if they aren't annoying and I find them attractive I'll wait until we actually have a decent talk and then ask them out. Works pretty well and I've gotten more than a few girls say that it's been such a long time since they had somebody ask them out in real life
