Memetics have been around for as long as humans have. We certainly think of memetics in terms of images nowadays, however there are many different ways to meme. One example is memeing with words, some people call this "slang". "Slang" might mean a completely new word, combining two or more words, or even using a word differently than it was originally intended by giving it a new definition. That brings us to the word "pedocracy". The Webster definition
of the word "pedocracy" is >government or rule by children exclusively
But in today's world, a society ruled by children doesnt really exist, however what does exist all over the world today are societies ruled by pedophiles. For that reason, we call societies ruled by pedophiles "pedocracies."
