I actually had to do this a few times when I worked at a winery. It was for small, experimental batches too small for us to run through the mechanical press. I washed my feet off in a bucket of PAA and then ozonated water first. Plus, the grapes are about to be inoculated and undergo fermentation. Any microbes introduced from the feet would be killed in short order by the yeast
