I'm the only white guy I've ever met that is uncut. My dad was really against Jews and he stopped my mom from telling the doctors to cut off my foreskin. He said cutting it off was a sign of obedience to the jews and that the jews stole the idea from the Egyptians who did it to all their slaves and conquered peoples.

This is close but wrong. Circumcision was part of Abraham's covenant. Hebrews left the promised land to live and work in Egypt because Joseph became a leader and good with the Pharoah. Generations pass, slaves blah blah blah, 10 commandments, Moses, ect... They leave Egypt and wander the desert for 40 years as punishment for the Gold Cow worship. Circumcision fell by the wayside during their stay in Egypt because Israelites adapted many of the Egyptian customs. Egypt did not circumcise. When they were in the desert, God commanded them to have all the men circumcised before going into the promised land to conquer it. It was about restoring their covenant between God and Abraham.
