war's too profitable. think like a government, so what if civilians and soldiers die? you just make a sad face and take their property, horray. and Gazans? pfft who cares. real-estate's the real deal here. in the meanwhile the military industry can develop, test, advertise, sell and export out all kinds of weapons and surveillance tech and economy grows. and since it's an emergency and people are focused on survival you can pass all kinds of invasive, immoral and limiting laws and people will barely notice and even if they do, you can just tell them it's for their own good.
