Wrong. When they changed the CDP app to automatically give any asylum seeker an asylum hearing they broke due process. You can’t just create a system that automatically grants all entry seekers asylum. It’s against the law.

You simply have no clue how horribly the Biden administration wiped their asses with our migration law in their efforts to flood their districts with voters. There WILL be civil war because of this.

Idiot. Everyone who asks for asylum must be giving the opportunity to prove that he needs it in immigration court. Everyone who comes to the border with an asylum claim gets in and gets processed first. Wether it's CBP1 app or not, you can ask a border patrol guy for asylum and he will let you in, he might ask you to come some other time if they are busy in it's why they have border detentions. They are for processing people and it's where USCIS officers decide if they qualify for an asylum claim or not and check for their previous crimes if they had any in USA. Process when you get to the immigration court is called deportation proceedings which is not a deportation and even if a judge orders a deportation they can appeal it further. Yes there are certain deportable crimes that bar you from applying like some serious misdemeanors and felonies. Its how asylum system works even under Trump.

Tom Homan is not the sole arbiter of what is and is not a violation of due process or what is and is not justifiable cause for termination of lawful residency. He is a public official bound to act within the laws as set by the legislature and interpreted by the courts.

>due process for illegals involves detainment and a decision via a clerk
And what about lawful permanent residents? Under this administration ICE has arrested, detained, and attempted to deport multiple legal residents without due process. Or do you argue that substantive due process should apply *only* to naturalized citizens?
