Suspending disbelief that Neo is the Christ Messiah, who crosses the simulation's barrier to be a gateway between God and Men, then the Abrahamic Religion is "The anomaly" inside the biological humans that resists all forms of yoking, that the Architect waxes poetic about as being the UN-Tameable spark of creation that humiliates the matrix as a simple means to an end, compared to the universe that the matrix simulations occupy.
