- Decentralized.
- Limited suffrage.
- Sovereign provinces.
- Two-level citizenship, Federal and Provincial.

- Federal elements remain in the sense that Europe should have uniform standards with regard to wages, taxes and infrastructure.
New countries, each with their own trade unions:
Switzerland.
Scandinavia (states of Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Faroes, Greenland, and the Baltics).
Germania (states of Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg).
Slavia (states of Slav countries, maybe split into central and south Slavia).

France.
Britain.
Australia/New Zealand (with NZ being made another state of AU).
Replace the legislative branch with a direct democracy whereby 10,000-100,000 select citizens are legislators, most government jobs could be performed via collective voting.
Use a Trade & Workers Union Parliament in which every sector of work, from being a housewife to engineering, voices its opinion in the newly reformed Senate.
National producers and industries provide for their own instead of being cancelled out by non-essential trade agreements.
Any power not specifically delegated to the federal government is the sole purview of the provinces/states.
Life-long dictators with no political charades or elections.
