the thing to watch out for , for you, any of you really, as in “get to an er now” is if you start sweating or getting short of breath from a short walk. that might be a blockage.
t. heart failure. i’s tired all the time too. one of the biggest tipoffs before my stemi was being startled by say.. a bat flying out of my ceiling tiles or getting in an argument caused a >160-180bpm HR in the weeks leading up to it
