You can't eliminate it completely the same way you can't treat an irritable personality. It is you, it is your body's reaction to what you put in it. Besides the obvious finding your food triggers and avoiding them it'd be a start to include what type of IBS you have...

If it's not gas, you best go to an ass doctor anon. Diverticulitis or something worse maybe. Prepare thy anus for an endoscopy either way.

For diseases like chrons disease and ulcerative colitis, there is some evidence that it is a problem with the normal flora of the gut causing irritation which then leads to an unwanted autoimmune response. Currently the big pharma jew tries to treat this by using highly dangerous and expensive immuno suppressants drugs (to treat the autoimmunity aspect of the disease instead of the root of the problem), but I have often wondered if an easier solution would be to simply pipe in new normal flora (like yogurt, or a different probiotic mix) into the problem area of the intestine to fix the problem with normal flora replacement.

Look into the peptide BPC-157. Are you overweight?

walk more. your bowels are irritable because you are gay, you need to walk, because locomotion helps digestion. if you don't walk, your turds are just waiting for any stress to fuck them up. if you abandon your sedentary life, you will become much more resistant to irritations, and will stop being gay

Ill answer that for you, yes you are and you consume too much sugar. No dairy or sugars, lactose, fructose, sucrose. You have a metabolic disease. You have inflamation. Get on a ketogenic diet, and if that does not clear it, retatrutide and or BPC-157.

Excellent advice. Get on keto, stay on keto.
Move to one meal a day, when you stop being hungry.
Experiment with a carnivore diet, if you want to decrease your chronic inflammation even further.

And absolutely no fiber whatsoever. There's a book called Fiber Menace. It details how excess fiber consumption is a cause of a multitude of different gut and intestinal chronic illness

For every book like that there's a book "detailing" the opposite.
People are different and need different diets.

Go on. I’ve had ulcerative colitis for 13 years. Did the big pharma immunosuppressant. Worked great for a long time. Now it works less great. Going to try the BPC-157. Not overweight. Live on a farm and am working towards growing 100% of our own food. (Still a long way from there). 36 hour fast every week. Very rarely eat slop, or even non-slop “quality restaurant”(?) food. Unbelievable amounts of strenuous work in the broiling sun. But the whole no dairy, fruits, sugars (even natural sugars?), etc. This one will be hard. Can you elaborate further?
