I hereby inform you that I have invented the best political system and it runs on principle of philosophy-based culling:

By the time you are 30, you will be expected to have formed a solid philosophical thesis about some important question in life. Then you will be put on trial before a jury of bright members from the previous generation. You will be forced to present and defend your philosophical thesis. If the jury finds your performance unsatisfactory, you will get euthanized. If you pass, you will be assigned a wife and be allowed to reproduce.

Name a flaw with this system. You literally can't.
