Most Amazon workers are brown so why should I give a fuck? Aren't they supposed to be from the literal desert?

robots cost money to replace and humans don't.

>68°F in Chicago right now
Oh cry more, this is my forecast for the week and it's actually cooler than it's been the last month.

I don't think this is a fair framing. If the robots cannot physically operate in the heat, then care does not come into it, A/C is a hard requirement for business function.

The world is ran by antihuman pedophiles who exist solely to suck as much value from people as possible. Who needs better working conditions, livable wages, and to not be treated like a disposable object? Not you, pleb.

kek. you would be surprised. those fucking things get stuck in loops, drop shit, get stuck in a little spilled juice or whatever... then youre standing there waiting for the techs to show up and get the stupid things moving again. the robots suck. the best thing about amazon warehouse from a business pov is the software, their sorting systems primo. from a mans pov the best thing is the women... seriously if youre single try working nightshift at amazon warehouse

Amazon always seem like massive cunts to their workers. Jeff isn't the CEO anymore so I guess if he started it they just figured to just keep at it

they build this robot distribution centre at the company I work for. It's caught on fire a few times. every time they run an update the warehouse is down for at least 3 days instead of 6-12 hours. I kept all the stuff they gave out saying how awesome it was going to be and wave it in my bosses face all the time

The robots are property the workers are not. You’ll own everything and you’ll be profitable.

It's hilarious how fucking dumb these executives are. Some guy hosts a meeting with them and buys them food to do a robot sales pitch and they just lap it up.

The point retard-kun was that 68° is a little cooler than room temperature. That's wear a light jacket weather. It hasn't gone higher than the 70's there all week.

If it was someone pissing and moaning in Arizona or Texas or even Florida, that's something. But when you bitch about air conditioning and it's in the 60's?

In aggregate how many hours of paid sick leave, vacations, etc.. are saved by the robots? You may or may not like it but, arguing against the automation on efficiency grounds is a lost battle. By 2035, 2/3 of all jobs will probably be automated and the rest will have something to do with AI. Like it or not this is where we are going.
