No, really. Both sides give us higher numbers of enemy losses than actually is.
Ukraine would not have manpower shortage if it fought that well. 2:1 is best I can give

the war is meant to exhaust the slavic population, they're not trying to win it.
if it was about resources and control it would have been better to make deals, even very generous deals. Clear goals and objectives are solid, when you know what you want you can make a deal for it. Rhetoric on the other hand is wind, it was all rhetoric.
