Aryan isn't some kind of fuzzy group where this or that group can be considered aryan or not depending on your opinion. If you're descended from the original aryans that's what you are. If you aren't (like uralic people), then you aren't.

You don't need to be a racist to understand the truth of this. You just need a basic grasp of history and eyes to see. Those regions were raided and attacked by Asiatic steppe people through history, when that happens, interbreeding happens. You can see with your own eyes that your physical phenotype is a combination of Western European and Mongolian, denying this is just a cope.

Also, its not even disrespect, Mongolians have great genetics. But no, you aren't fully "white" or "European," this is just a fact.

Same with Spain, Portugal, Southern Italy, and Greece. Their genetics have drifted due to raiding and war with North African and Middle Eastern regions through history.

But this standard makes northern Indians Aryans. They're descended from the original Central Asian Aryan groups that migrated west and eventually into Europe.

And Hindi is an Indo-European language, related to Sanskrit and Pali, and so Indians are Aryans by that standard.

My family descend from Schleswig-Holstein, which has gone back and forth between Germany (Holy Roman Empire earlier on) and Denmark, and has been part of Germany since unification.

Yes, we have to give up on the "Aryan Race" worship. Europeans are genetically European, descended from people's who came to Europe tens of thousands of years ago. The Aryans are later migrants from Central Asia who contributed a bit of DNA to Europeans but mostly contributed their languages.
There is no Aryan Race in Europe. It's the European race with some later admixtures.

You don’t need to look like Jackie Chan to be Asian. Uralic people do have Asian haplogroups and are quite distant genetically from continental Europe + lots of them have cheekbones a little too high and eyes with chink tendencies. The same way pajeets have East Asian ancestry and features which are not visible to the untrained eye, since their common ancestors are so, so distant.
