And it's regarding the most prominent Lie that killed your country.

The Lie is that the Constitution enshrines both Birthright Citizenship and tolerates Dual Citizenship. Both are unconstitutional and I'll prove it emphatically in the following post!

Naturalization + EXCLUSIVE Jurisdiction = Citizenship

According to the Framers of the 14th Amendment (and the original Constitutional Framers), in order to be naturalized, one must be EXCLUSIVELY under the jurisdiction of the United States. I'll provide it in the following post.

"Subject to the Jurisdiction Thereof"
The most misrepresented 5 words in American history that guarantees the death of a Nation.

What satisfies this clause? Exclusive jurisdiction. Meaning if someone is a citizen of a foreign sovereign, they CANNOT become a citizen. This applies to illegal aliens and ALL dual-citizens.

Senator Jacob Howard, Primary Architect of the 14th Amendment.

Senator Lyman Trumbull, Chair of Senate Judiciary Committee regarding the 14th.

Congress additionally reserves the right to determine what consitutes denaturalization, or the revocation of citizenship. Actaully, the Executive Branch enjoys this power because it is already on the books.

Everyone universally recognizes Congress' authority in the revocation of citizenhip from Confederate leaders. Congress has this power.

But some fat fuck justices in Afroyim v. Rusk (1967), a 5-4 decision, unilaterally waved a magic wand and declared that Congress must first ask pretty please to revoke citizenship from anyone.
I am not joking. That's literally the decision.

The Court in Afroyim reversed this based not on constitutional text, but on a broad reinterpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment. Perez lost his citizenship because he voted in a Mexican election, but our entire constitution got "rewritten" by 5 justices because they wouldn't revoke the citizenship of an ISRAELI.

You literally lost your country over 1 Jew. And don't get me started on United States v. Wong Kim Ark, the Supreme Court Case that guaranteed birthright citizenship to literally every single anchor baby today.

United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898)

Case tl;dr - Wong was born in the U.S. to legal resident Chinese parents. They went back home to China and brought him with them. He reimmigrates to U.S. and gets blocked. Supreme Court ruled that due to ENGLISH COMMON LAW, because anyone born in ENGLAND is an English citizen, then therefore anyone born in the U.S. is a U.S. citizen, regardless of Constitution and regardless of the Framers' intent.

How can I be certain?

From the Floor Debates of the 14th Amendment, 1866.
Sen. Cowan asks:

Sen. Howard replies:
> “If they are foreigners and aliens... they are not subject to the jurisdiction.”

Meaning that the children of foreigners who owe allegiance to a foreign sovereign are not U.S. citizens.

This is what people don't understand.
Children are subject to the jurisdiction of their parents' home country. "Jurisdiction" doesn't mean ordinary jurisdiction, as in, the courts have authority over the person. It means sovereign jurisdiction, as in, allegiance to one's country of citizenship
Does anyone in their righ mind believe that if the Soviet ambassador's wife gave birth while visiting him at the UN in New York, at the height of the Cold War, the child would be an american citizen?

And this is the sleight of hand used to derail the citizenship debate. It doesn't simply limit the children of ambassadors. The Framers of the 14th were clear when they said...

The children of regular foreign subjects are awarded American citizenship not to mention the children of foreign diplomats. Regardless, the mental gymnastics used in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark doesn't even appeal to the Constitution, but rather English Common Law. It's madness.
