No, in fact most of their experience is faked. It's impossible to tell who actually went to school or not because Indian colleges themselves have been caught selling degrees for around $2,000 to people without them attending a single class.

I have an Indian specialist doctor. She went to school in the United States, and seems competent. My eldery father has had a few Indian specialists too, and they all seemed fine as well.
I think the dividing line is WHERE THEY WENT TO SCHOOL. If they went to a US school, and got decent grades then they are OK, but anywhere else, forget it.
Also note that graduates from US schools who are inept (they know who they are) tend towards "low risk" specialist practices like dermatology, psychiatry, or being a coroner.

Actually, it seems like she doing most of the hard "grunt work" in that office while the old white doctors sit on their asses. It could just be that she's the youngest doctor there (not even 30 yet).
Although I will admit that "foreign" doctors do MORE medicare fraud, and often become quacks (like pill mills) more often, but almost all of them I've read about were FOREIGN EDUCATED.

Some psychiatrist that I know is Indian. She’s a super big fan of Jordan Peterson, and openly talks about how she hates certain kinds of people (she’s a fucking doctor, so do not tell me this is based) and will shit talk people she has treated openly to others. I legit dislike her
She always acts like she is a victim too. She will make a habit of telling stories about how she sends her nurses to kick “trouble people” out of her office, but when asked what makes them a “trouble person” she will say the most fucked shit. Like ‘he was a radical, and could not be reasoned with. Muslims are very stupid’
