except now, theres an equal number of cars as before, but one less street of parking and one less route to get where you need to go, leading to more congestion.

there is no point to pitiful sprinklings of half assed green spaces. i love green spaces, but if you're going to do them, you go full ham or not at all. a few patches of grass and baby trees wont make your city less of a hellhole. only places adding walkable areas even makes half a lick of sense to is actual shopping areas. hell theres almost no doorways there. 90+% of people that even want to use that area have to come from other areas anyhow, meaning its also mostly an out of the way area giving even less use to it for walking traffic.

seriously, if you care so much, carve up cities with giant swaths of green between them and turn them into islands instead of monoliths, while also restricting their expansion and making small and medium town aswell as rural living more enticing. otherwise fuck off this this sad excuse of an attempt to pretend to care about nature and livable spaces in your sour milk smelling concrete termite mounds.
