The prosecutor and tech witnesses did say that he used 116 real cp images, in the training data. It wasn't clear whether he was aware of this. It might've been a pretrained model, but he also was framed for having a chat room where they talked about the AI images in a nasty way.

Idk. I think the "age of loli" is being shut down big time, but otherwise I agree that if there's real victims involved this is simply sound punishment, especially if it's not just someone possessing but making it.

Say what you will but the official crackdown is probably going to be extremely effective at cleansing the internet of loli, and even Japan is starting to side-eye it more.
