If you lift your body needs sugar and protein to build muscle. I lift heavy like ohp 175x5, bench 295x3, squat 305x5, hang clean 245. If I don't add sugar to shit my workouts are usually ass. I also have/had colitis (cured it with diet, doctors are useless fucks). If I want to lean out then yeah I'll cut out sugar or only eat it on lifting days but I have visible abs at 5'10 196. Also I live on drum sticks they're fucking 99 cents a pound at Costco and I'm poor. My vitals are super good BP low and HR I'd athlete level even being an alcoholic and abusing zyn. Would mostly agree with this chart. The dude promoting salad is fucking retarded raw vegetable skins are hard to break down especially the crunchy shit of lettuce.

yes, ketones are objectively inferior for physical activity. they are better for mental clarity in terms of stability, no blood sugar spikes or crashes, but yes you will be weaker

It's pretty good overall OP but there's one thing you are missing and that is fruit. Not all fruit, but the specific fruits that contain digestive enzymes: pineapple, papaya, kiwi fruit, grapes, figs.
These may not be necessary for a low protein diet but most Westerners eat high protein meat+gluten diets and their bodies don't produce enough proteolytic enzymes to break down all this protein, so their digestive system grinds to a crawl. It's a huge part of why everyone is so fat.

Green papaya is very low in sugar. In Thailand they eat it as a spicy salad (som tam) and Thai folk medicine says if you regularly eat Som Tam you will never get fat.
In Indonesia they eat papaya leaves and drink papaya leaf tea for the same reason. Keeps you thin.
